Christmas Bookings - A AUD100 administration fee is charged if cancelled before 1st December. Cancellations after 1st December with forfeit all monies “unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking”
The first nights accommodation is required upon booking to secure your reservation. Balance is then payable on arrival.
Christmas Bkgs - A 30% deposit is required with balance payable prior to the 1st December.
