In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Please note that all bookings remain provisional until payment of a deposit, which is 100%. Cancellation procedure: The full amount is refundable up to 30 days before your arrival. 50% is refundable if cancellation is made between 15 & 29 days before due arrival date. No refund will be given for cancellations made within the 14 days before due arrival date. Your signature on the booking form is your authority to charge your card for both the deposit and the balance. In the event of cancellation, we will make every effort to re-sell your room nights. If we are successful in this, we will of course notify you and refund your card as appropriate. However, in the event of a refund, a handling charge will apply to cover administrative costs etc. If we are not successful in re-selling your room nights, we will be happy to supply you with an invoice / letter for your insurers.
