Our clients range from fitness-industry luminaries and athlete-celebrities to absolute novices looking to jump-start their fitness education. In addition to individual guests, we’ve also had couples and children enjoy our facility.
Bottom line, we’re essentially a teaching facility specializing in the core fundamentals of powerlifting, Olympic-lifting and strongman. We’ll also educate you in injury-prevention, program design, and anything else you’d like our expert advice on while you’re here!
