Come relax in our ocean front Spanish style villa. Our villa features 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with a fold out couch for extra sleeping. You can sleep up th 6 guests if you rent one side and up to 12 guests if you rent both sides.

You are surrounded by beautiful spanish style design, cathedral ceilings and a gourmet kitchen. Almost every room in the house has an ocean view.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

A USD300 security deposit is required to make a reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone 60 days prior to the reservation. All reservations are subject to a USD120 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will be charged 50% of the total reservation fee unless we are able to rebook the room. The balance due may be paid by check or credit card. Checks must be received 30 days prior to check-in. A 4% service charge will be added to credit card balances.
