From the historic Old Town to the world-class ski resorts and mountainous landscapes this craftsman home was built not to the strict guidelines of the Park City Historic Society, but we personally designed the home to accommodate both families and professionals.
The colorful, spacious rooms invite a playful mountain vacation, and our family wishes you and your guests a joyful stay filled with great memories.

•DESIGN
Despite all the wonderful summer and winter activities featured in Park City, you may be tempted to just relax in this elegant and tranquil home. Perfect for multi-family vacationers or corporate retreats, this spacious smoke-free house is conveniently located three blocks from the world class shops, restaurants and galleries on Main Street in "Old Town." Situated between the Park City and Deer Valley Resorts, our 4,400 sq. ft. private getaway is tastefully decorated but comfortable enough to kick-up your feet with a cup of cocoa in front of the fire.
•FEATURES
The large, fully furnished gourmet kitchen offers professional stainless appliances, and a granite island opens to the 900 sq. ft great room and dining area to allow large groups to connect with family and friends without crowding the atmosphere. The wide back deck offers the privacy of the great outdoors, and the hot tub beckons all year round. If you do venture out, vacationers are free to enjoy hikes or sledding on the pristine mountainside.
•ROOMS
The house includes: 3 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds, while twin beds furnish the remainder rooms. A separate media room allows guests to enjoy HD entertainment in surround sound and a separate ski prep room is simply located near the ski racks and two car garage. If this happens to be your annual adventure to the slopes, the jetted tubs with mountain views will certainly soothe any spirit.
