Located in the new village at the base of Winter Park Resort and only 200 yards from the lifts, our Founder's Pointe condo offers guests their choice of configurations: choose the 2 bedroom configuration (1 bedroom with an adjoining studio) OR chose a separate 1 bedroom and/or a separate studio condo.

When configured as a 2/2 Lockoff, our condo will sleep eight. Why be crammed in a standard 2 bedroom? Get two King beds and tons more privacy!. With 2 separate entrances, 2 kitchens, 2 baths, 2 King beds, and 2 sleeper sofas, this property has beds for eight. Both the one bedroom side and the studio side will each sleep 4. Each side has a King Bed and a sleeper sofa. Perfect for two couples travelling together or families with kids. Simply close the adjoining door for more privacy.

The balcony of the one bedroom overlooks the huge outdoor hot tub and has great views of the base village and the ski slopes.

The one bedroom and studio each have a fully equipped kitchenette with granite countertops, dishwasher, convection/microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, gas fireplace with solid wood hearth, flat screen TV, high-speed internet, private ski locker and free heated underground parking. The complimentary resort shuttles provide convenient transportation around Winter Park.

GUEST CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY: (notification by phone and in writing of
guest’s intent to change or cancel any part of this agreement is required)
• Cleaning fees are non-refundable, regardless of time of cancellation.
• Cancellation prior to 90 days of arrival will result in a refund of all rental fee monies
paid, less a $275 cancellation charge. All remaining rental fee monies will be
refunded.
• Cancellation within 89 days of arrival will result in a forfeited security deposit & a
$525 cancellation charge. All remaining rental fee monies will be refunded.
• Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of all monies paid.
• Part of the rental payment may be refunded nonetheless at the sole discretion of the
owner and may be partially contingent upon re-rental of the property for the rental
period and for no less than the rental amount set forth at the beginning of this
agreement.

This lodging always requires prepayment for its bookings. This is their prepayment policy:

TO RESERVE THIS PROPERTY: We require a refundable Security/Damage Deposit as well as 50% of the Rental Amount at the time of booking. Payments can be made by check, bank draft or credit card. 5.5% credit card processing fee added to all credit card payments

Final 50% of the rental amount is due 60 days before arrival.

The Security Deposit (USD $1050 refundable) OR the purchase of our Accidental Damage Waiver Policy (USD $79, non-refundable) in lieu of the refundable Security Deposit is payable at the time of booking.
